£135 for a Vape that lasted two months is what you get when you shop at Vape vine
In November 2021 I purchased a high end box mod from Vape vine. In total the purchase on that day was £135.
Very good customer service, well informed staff and very helpful. They even provided a gift in the form of some of their companies Vape juice due to the money spent with them.
However, the after sales were terrible. 2 months later I took my box mod back as the housing had split. I was informed that Vape vine policy is that they will only exchange faulty goods if returned within one month. (Smok, the producer of my faulty box mod), have a 6 month warranty with all of their products, providing the product is returned to them by either, one of their stores, or an approved distributor of their products.
When I informed Vape vine of ‘smoks’ position and requested they return my faulty box mod for me I was told the manager would be informed.
I contacted the store to check the manager had been informed of my call and made aware of smok’s 6 month return policy. I was informed he had been made aware and had been provided with my phone number.
I never heard from the manager or anyone else from Vape vine again.
